Having spent most of his life in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Luis Perez has built his career around creativity, community, and storytelling through visual media. After studying Graphic Design at Chemeketa Community College, he began shaping his craft through volunteer work at CCTV, where he developed a passion for video production and digital storytelling. With over a decade of experience in videography and photography, Luis brings both technical expertise and an artist’s eye to every project capturing authentic moments and presenting them with clarity and emotion.

Beyond his work behind the camera, Luis spent three years at a leading print production studio in Salem, where he was responsible for graphic design and managing high-quality print projects from concept to completion. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Luis connects naturally with clients and communities across Oregon, offering exceptional customer service, creative direction, and reliability. At LAP Studio, he continues to blend technical skill with local insight helping businesses and organizations tell their stories through impactful, visually engaging content.
